    Board President  – Term Ends April 2014

    Jim has 30 years of experience in emergency service from maintaining fire safe facilities to emergency response. As the Director of the Office of Emergency Management for El Paso County, Jim oversees the El Paso County Hazardous Material Team supervises 5 full time employees and approximately 200 volunteers for Emergency Response, trains County Personnel in the Incident Command System/Emergency Management. Jim is a retired First Sergeant after serving in the United States Air Force for 20 years.

    Cathie Wolff

    Secretary – Term Ends April 2012

    Cathie Salmon-Wolff and her husband, Jim, moved into their home in Rancho Colorado/Midway in 2002, and immediately became involved with improving the community. Cathie has been on several committees, which have been responsible for getting our Hanover Fire Department station #3 and Prairie Heights Elementary School built in her neighborhood.

    In October 2011, Cathie retired from her position as payroll specialist for Goodwill Industries of Colorado with the intention of having more free time to commit to her community in a volunteer position. Jim and Cathie have 8 children and 11 grandchildren, which she now has the opportunity to enjoy even more with extra free time due to her retirement. Currently, Cathie is the volunteer coordinator and the volunteer librarian for Prairie Heights Elementary.

    Cathie is also a school board member since November 2011 with hopes of helping to make Hanover School District one of the best in the state of Colorado. She looks forward to working with the other board members in doing everything possible to make sure we provide all of our students with the best tools necessary to succeed in their future endeavors.

    Paul Ogle

    Treasure – Term Ends 2012

    Paul has been a resident of the District since 1991. He has been the District Treasurer since 1999. Paul is a retired Army Officer and retired from Lockheed Martin as a Program Manager in 2007. He has a BA in Business Administration and MS in Systems Management. He also is a member and Chaplin of the Fountain Co VFW.
